SWEDISH POTATOES

My recipe card
that contains this particular recipe is yellowed and has various
food stains on it because it is a popular and beloved recipe in
our family.
6-7 good-size
potatoes, cooked and mashed
3/4 c. sour
cream
4 oz. cream
cheese
1 1/2 tsp.
onion salt
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp.
pepper
2 tbsp melted butter
bread crumbs
Combine potatoes, sour
cream, cream cheese and seasonings and beat until fluffy.
Transfer to buttered,
medium-sized casserole and top with bread crumbs and melted
butter. Bake at 350o uncovered for 40-45 minutes.
If you would like to add
more flavour to this dish, add fresh chopped parsley, thyme, or
my favourite, rosemary to the potato mixture
