This site was created
to provide a resource and meeting place for those interested in
anything and everything FOOD. It will continue to evolve as trends do, and as
interest continues to increase, in culinary arts and the Slow
Food movement, as it inevitably will.
Stratford and area is
a hotbed of experts in the food industry, including traditional
and organic farmers, beer and wine producers, bread and dairy
artisans, chefs and instructors. Not only is Stratford home to a
world-renowned chefs school, but also numerous fine dining
establishments, and a tremendous culinary arts program for high
school students.
Good food is for the
everyday, not just to be served at wine tastings or fundraising
galas, but to be shared with our family and friends. Food brings
people together, like no other resource we know. It’s the stuff
that fuels our bodies and our minds, igniting creative passions
and providing the foundation for long-lasting traditions.
It is my passion for
food that has inspired me to create this site. Whether you’re
searching for some inspiration of your own, a new recipe, or
some additional insight into the world of food, I welcome you.
